Can I exchange my item?

We know how difficult it is to find a size that fits! If you order the wrong size or you are looking to exchange your order, you can find full details on the returns form included in your parcel. If this has been misplaced, please email us customerservices@snmethelabel.com and we can arrange this for you from our side.  

How do I return an item?

Item not quite right? Inside each order you will find a simple returns form enclosed making the process hassle free. Make sure you return your order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Misplaced your returns form? Please email us customerservices@snmethelabel.com

Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by you (the customer)

Any returns must adhere to the below:

  • No signs of wash/wear/odour
  • No hair or marks 
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • Any swim pieces must still include hygiene stickers
  • Not be part of a sale, sample sale or offer as outlined under below section 'sale items'

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

In the case that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost, but please note we are unable to cover any shipping costs paid at the time the original order was placed. Email a photo of postage receipt for a reimbursement customerservices@snmethelabel.com

 

I want to return an item but I'm past the returns window

Unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns beyond 7 days of your receipt, anything sent to us after this may be returned to you, or we can look to arrange an exchange / credit note if the item meets our returns criteria 

If there is a specific reason as to why you cannot get the goods returned within the timeframe please ensure you email us to confirm this customerservices@snmethelabel.com

 

How long will it take for my refund to come through?

Once your return has been received, please allow 3-5 working days for your item to move through our return's checks, once approved payments will be credited back to the original purchaser - you will receive an email to notify you that the refund has been authorised please note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days to show back in your account. This can vary between banks so please speak with your bank for more information.

PRE ORDERS

Any pre orders payments are taken instantly to ensure you secure your piece(s) of our limited stock - you will be updated once your item is ready for shipment. All pre-order items have expected delivery dates stated on the product page. Otherwise please email us at customerservices@snmethelabel.com for more information  

SALE ITEMS

All sale or purchases as part of a deal are final. We do not offer exchange, credit notes, or refunds.

PRIZE WINNER

If you are a lucky winner of one of our prizes / giveaways one of the team will be in touch to process your prize. Please be aware, prizes orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive with you but we do try get these to you much quicker than this, you will be sent an email on dispatch with your tracking code so you can track your prize
